O’Brien Street Unit

The client initiated ColorBlast to restore 12 roofs in the Kynock Gardens. This consisted of replacing broken tiles, high-pressure cleaning, repointing the capping tiles, and recoating with one coat of primer and two coats of coloured roof membrane. This project was a part of their update on the existing buildings.
